Immersed in the world of real estate for the past 25 years, Mary and her husband co-owned Classic Country Homes, a custom home-building business that gave her extensive experience in contracts, pricing and negotiation.
Throughout her career, Mary has attained professional designations to best serve her clients: GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute; SRS - Seller Representative Specialist; ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative and e-Pro Certification - Internet Professionalism. Mary began her real estate career in 2007. Her hard work has resulted in elite memberships to Turpin's Top 10 and President's Club, and NJ Realtor Circle of Excellence Sales Awards consistently. Mary was recently named one of America's Best Real Estate Professionals®, placing her in the top 1.5% of all sales associates nationally.

Caroline Taylor

As a longtime resident of Morris and Somerset counties, Caroline is uniquely qualified to guide buyers and sellers in the area. Her professional, yet warm and generous personality creates a strong bond between Caroline and her clients.
Caroline was drawn to Turpin based on their personal approach, combined with a national and international reach through a network of affiliates. She brings the company's philosophy of integrity, professionalism and outstanding service to every transaction. Before joining the Turpin Far Hills office, Caroline excelled as a personal trainer at the Max Gym in Basking Ridge by inspiring others to achieve their best through exercise, nutrition and motivation. That same spirit has contributed to her success as a realtor.
Giving back to the community plays a large role in Caroline's life. She has been an active member of the Bedminster Township PTO at the Bedminster Township School for 16 years, serving as a Board member for two years. She has also served on committees that focus on those in need, including the St. Jude Children's Hospital and the ARC of Somerset County. She remains actively involved in Heartworks, a Bernardsville-based grassroots movement of women committed to replicating and sustaining the palpable kindness witnessed in the wake of September 11, 2001.
Married to Joel Taylor since 1994, the couple has five children aged 17 to 27. Some of their favorite family vacation spots include the Jersey Shore and Florida. Caroline enjoys running, working out, walking on Bedminster's bike trail, reading, crocheting and golf. Caroline and her husband proudly won the President's Cup Tournament at Fiddler's Elbow Country Club in Bedminster.

Administrative & Marketing Assistant
Susan gained extensive corporate experience in the 30+ years she worked for a large local corporation. She now puts her experience to work for the MC Group. Susan started with Mary over 12 years ago doing Marketing. She now handles Marketing plus a variety of responsibilities relating to the business and is an integral member of the team!
